Common Questions
Information about our charter services and what to expect.
What's included in the charter price?
Charter pricing includes vessel rental, fuel, crew services, basic refreshments, and standard safety equipment. Specific inclusions vary by charter type—island hopping includes snorkelling gear, evening charters include prepared meals, and expeditions include overnight accommodation and all dining. Marine park fees, specialty beverages, and personal items are not included.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least two weeks ahead, particularly during peak months from February through August. Last-minute requests can sometimes be accommodated depending on vessel availability. For the two-day expedition, advance notice of three weeks is preferred to allow proper provisioning and crew scheduling.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Safety is our priority. If conditions are unsuitable for departure, we'll contact you to discuss rescheduling or alternative dates. The skipper makes final weather calls based on forecast, wind speed, and sea state. No cancellation fees apply for weather-related postponements initiated by our team.
Are children welcome on charters?
Yes, families are welcome. Children must be supervised at all times. Life jackets in appropriate sizes are provided and must be worn as directed by crew. The island hopping cruise is particularly suitable for younger passengers due to its shorter duration and calmer waters.
What should I bring on board?
We suggest bringing sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, swimwear, towel, and any personal medications. For extended charters, pack light overnight items in a soft bag. Cameras and electronics should be in waterproof cases. The crew will advise on specific items when confirming your booking.
Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Yes. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or preferences at time of booking. Our catering can adjust for vegetarian, halal, and common allergen concerns. For expedition charters, detailed menu planning happens several days before departure.
